BASIC EFFECT:

Using a borrowed deck of cards, a spectator shuffles the cards and selects 9 cards face down. They shuffle the packet of 9 and you make a secret prediction and let them keep it. The spectator then moves a card from the top to the bottom of the packet for each month of the year until they reach their birth month. You can look away as he/she does this. You pick up the packet when they are finished and give it a genuine shuffle. The spectator then moves cards from the top to the bottom again and the card that falls on their birth month is turned over.
