Bill Malone is one of the worlds most entertaining magicians and also one of the most talented. Studying under the likes of Edward Marlo and Michael Skinner he developed some amazing magic, add in a pinch of his comedic nature and you have a truly amazing magician. He has inspired me since I started magic, and even years later I still perform about 75% of the material on this dvd set.
These DVD's are not for amateur magicians, some basic card knowledge should be known before getting them so practice your doubles and side steals. Even though a lot of the sleights used are explained they are not in detail. As a bonus for card junkies like myself (and I'm damn proud!) he explains a bunch of nice false cuts and shuffles to be used with the routines.
The effects range from true entertainment pieces to magician foolers. All of which I recommend. He even shows his handling on classics such as the color changing knives, the slydini silks and the mental photography deck which are all available here at newmagicsource.com.
As a bonus Bill even offers insight on how to get restaraunt gigs and how to better yourself as a magician, Keep in mind Bill ran his own magic restaraunt in the Boca Resort and Spa in Florida . This advice is priceless.
